My Apartment

Because my parents have been nagging me, I have decided to post more pictures on my blog. I had a specific request to see my apartment, so that is what all these pictures are. My other pictures of sight seeing and activities from this last week will be in another post because I am still trying to collect pictures from my friends.

This is the gate to our floor. This view is standing at our door looking to the left. Yes, you need a key to get in and out of this gate, doesn't that seem really safe?

This is standing at our door looking into the courtyard to the right.

This is the entrance into our apartment. The living room is at the end of this hall and my "bedroom" and the door on the left.

This is my bedroom, it is basically a room that only fits my single bed in it. However, my bed is the most comfortable that I have seen in europe.

Once you pass my room , this hallway is on the left. The three doors on the left are the toilet, kitchen, and bathroom. Eline's room is on the right.

Here is the toilet, pretty self explanatory.

This is our kitchen, it is really nice. I think It was just remodeled.

More of the kitchen if you walk in and turn to the right.

Here is the bathroom with the evil shower. The landlord replaced the shower head so we actually have water pressure now, but the way they heat water here does not work. There is a boiler in the shower that you can actually see the flames. You can never get the water warm, it is either scolding or freezing.

Eline's room.

This is the living room when you are standing at the door. My other room where I keep all of my stuff is to the left. The door to Lorraine's room is to the right.

It is so warm right now (probably around 50 degrees) that I have the door open to the balcony!! That dresser with the sheet on it is the wall to my room! haha

So you walk around the dresser and here is my room. It works out pretty well because our internet connection works better in here then my bedroom and the red walls are way better than the prison cell white in my bedroom.

This is the view of the living room from my room.

This is Lorraine's room.

So that was the grand tour. I hope you enjoyed it!! (Are you happy mom and dad?)

Thank you Annie. The apartment looks really nice, although your room is very small - the little room with your stuff is cute.

Love, Mom

Annie,

Cute apartment - except for the iron gate! You're right about your bedroom.

This is so cool! Thanks for sharing with us Annie. You are so lucky! I think you should invite all of your Aunts and Uncles to visit! Keep up the blogging! (Is that correct terminology?)
